This Cyclist Spent 9 Hours Pedaling To Create An Image Of A Reindeer On A Fitness App

Every artist creates art using the medium they love the most. For some, it may be a canvas and a paintbrush, for others it may be a wall and some spray paint, and for Anthony Hoyte, it’s his bicycle and a fitness app.

In a recent interview with Bored Panda, the cyclist said he was inspired to start creating the drawings after seeing others doing them, notably Canadian cyclist Stephen Lund.

It took Anthony 9 hours to create the image of a reindeer

It’s not the first time Anthony surprised us – just last year, he created an amazing drawing of Santa that took him 4.5 hours

When creating his drawings, the cyclist says he tries to stick to the roads but occasionally cuts through car parks and university campuses to get the picture just right.

Back in 2017, Anthony pedaled for over 10 hours to create this drawing of a Snowman

To create his drawings, Anthony visits various big cities around the UK, like Birmingham, Bristol, Cardiff, Leeds, and London. The cyclist says he loves to travel and thinks that US cities and their grid patterns would present him with quite a challenge.

To create his drawings, Anthony uses a fitness tracking app called Strava

He first started creating the drawings back in 2016 and has already created numerous amazing artworks
