Actress Kim Young-ok issued a warning, mentioning fake news claiming that she had died.
Kim Young-ok, Park Ha-na, Yu-jin Lee, and Tzu-yang will appear on MBC’s entertainment show ‘Radio Star’, which will air on the afternoon of the 12th. Bong Tae-gyu will be the special MC.
According to the released preview, Kim Young-ok visited the studio and said, “I came here to announce that I am alive.” He added, “There was fake news saying I died,” and “They keep telling me I’m dead…don’t do that.”
MC Kim Gura sympathized, saying, “My mother was also surprised (by Kim Young-ok’s fake news) and called me.” Kim Young-ok then showed her special affection for Kim Gura, saying, “Im Young-woong is in the music industry, and Kim Gura is in the entertainment industry.”
Kim Young-ok also expressed her desire to appear in ‘Squid Game 2’. He said, “I appeared as Seong Ki-hoon’s (Lee Jung-jae’s) mother in Season 1,” and added, “Even though she died in the drama, I hope she appears at least in a flashback scene.”
He then chose Jooheon of Monsta Regarding DinDin’s interest in her granddaughter, Kim Young-ok said, “No, don’t talk any more,” making her laugh.
Kim Young-ok said that the movie ‘Taegeukgi Waving’, which is set during the Korean War, is a story of real experiences. He said, “My eldest brother was in the People’s Army, and my younger brother was in the ROK Army. I think they may have been shot at by both sides. I have no idea whether my eldest brother, who crossed over to the North, is alive or dead.”
