Experts warn: 5 fruits you should not eat at night

1. Durian:

Contains up to 28g of sugar and 430mg of potassium per 100g - equivalent to three tablespoons of white sugar. Eating before bed can easily cause blood sugar to spike, fat accumulation, and heart rhythm disturbances - especially dangerous for people taking "pril" blood pressure lowering drugs.

2. Lychee:



Contains 16% fructose. Slow metabolism at night, easily causing "lychee disease" such as dizziness, palpitations, and even fainting at night if eaten when hungry or too much (>10 fruits). In addition, this fruit has a high glycemic index, easily causing reactive hypoglycemia.

3. Mango:

Although delicious, it is rich in sugar (14%) and can easily cause allergies. People with "heat, low" constitutions who eat it at night may have a sore throat, itchy skin, and swelling of the face or legs the next morning.
 

4. Avocado:

An avocado contains the same amount of calories as a bowl of rice, with a fat content of up to 15% - higher than pork loin. Eating it at night increases blood fat, especially if combined with greasy dishes, which can increase the risk of acute pancreatitis.

5. Mangosteen:

Cold, high in sugar (17%). Eating it at night can easily cause acid reflux and diarrhea. People with weak spleen and stomach are prone to digestive disorders and stomach colds the next morning.
