A young woman who is often complimented by men for her 'natural beauty' has shared just how much work she's had done to her face and the amount she's spent.
Tallulah Rose, from , has spent $10,000 to change her jawline and has had and lip filler injected to maintain her youthful complexion.
The 27-year-old brunette also spends $200 per week on eyelash extensions and $2,000 on her hair along with fake nails.
In a refreshingly honest video, Ms Rose said she can't understand how men are unable to tell how 'fake' she is.
'I actually don't understand men and how their brains work sometimes,' she said.
'Today I was minding my own business and this guy comes up to me and he's like "I just wanted to say that you are so elegant, you are such a natural beauty".
'I think a woman can take one look at me and be like, "That's fake".
