Butter Garlic Lobster Tail 

Ingredients

For the Lobster:

  • 4 lobster tails (fresh or thawed)

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes (optional but gives that🔥 vibe)

For the Garlic Butter Sauce:

  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

  • 4–5 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest

  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional, để lên màu đẹp hơn)

For Serving:

  • Lemon wedges

  • Extra parsley


Instructions

1. Prepare the Lobster Tails

  1. Use kitchen scissors to cut the shell down the center, stopping before the tail fin.

  2. Gently lift the lobster meat out and place it on top of the shell (but keep it attached at the base).

  3. Pat dry with a paper towel so the seasoning sticks better.

  4. Brush with olive oil.

  5. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and (optional) chili flakes.

2. Make the Garlic Butter Sauce

  1. Melt the butter on low heat.

  2. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant (30–40 sec, đừng để cháy nha).

  3. Add lemon juice, lemon zest, honey, and chopped parsley.

  4. Mix well until glossy and smooth.


3. Broil the Lobster

  1. Preheat oven to 230°C / 450°F on broil mode.

  2. Place lobster tails on a baking tray.

  3. Brush a generous amount of garlic butter sauce over the lobster meat.

  4. Broil for 8–10 minutes, until the top gets golden and the meat turns opaque and juicy.

4. Final Glaze

  • Remove from oven and brush more garlic butter sauce on top.

  • Sprinkle extra parsley.

  • Serve with lemon wedges for that fresh zing.


Tips for Maximum Flavor

  • Don’t overcook, otherwise the lobster turns rubbery.

  • Add a little honey or brown sugar to the butter mix to get that glossy golden finish like in the pic.

  • You can also torch the top 20–30 sec if you want the restaurant-style caramelization.
