Care for your health and your family’s while you still have the chance

❤️⚠️ “Your Body Warns You Weeks Before a Heart Attack?” — Not Always, But Sometimes Yes

That headline is partly true… but dangerously oversimplified.

👉 Some people do experience warning signs
👉 Others have zero warning at all

So let’s break it down properly 👇

🫀 1. Chest Discomfort (Most Important Sign)

This is the classic one:

  • Pressure, tightness, or squeezing
  • Not always sharp pain
  • May come and go (especially weeks before → called angina)

💪 2. Pain in Arm, Neck, Jaw, or Back

Pain can spread to:

  • Left arm (most common)
  • Jaw
  • Neck
  • Upper back

👉 This is called referred pain

😮‍💨 3. Shortness of Breath

You may notice:

  • Getting tired quickly
  • Difficulty breathing with light activity

Even without chest pain

😴 4. Unusual Fatigue

Especially common in women:

  • Feeling drained for days/weeks
  • No clear reason

🤢 5. Nausea, Sweating, or Dizziness

Less obvious but important:

  • Cold sweats
  • Nausea
  • Lightheadedness

🚫 Important Reality Check

❗ Not everyone gets warning signs
❗ Some heart attacks happen suddenly

👉 So this idea:

“Your body ALWAYS warns you” → ❌ False

🚨 When to Act IMMEDIATELY

If you feel:

  • Chest pressure
  • Pain spreading to arm/jaw
  • Shortness of breath

👉 Call emergency services right away

Don’t wait.

Final Thought

✔️ Your body can send signals
❌ But it doesn’t always

👉 The smartest move:

Don’t rely on signs — manage your risk (diet, exercise, checkups)
