1 tsp dried parsley
1 cup shredded mozzarella
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp mayonnaise (for drizzling)
2 tbsp diced ham
2 tbsp sweet corn
1 tsp dried parsley

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Lightly butter one side of each bread slice.
Arrange four slices on a baking tray.
In a bowl combine:
Diced ham
Sweet corn
1½ cups mozzarella
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Black pepper
Mayonnaise
Mix until evenly combined.
Divide the filling evenly over the four bread slices.
Top with the remaining bread slices to make sandwiches.
Cover each sandwich with the remaining mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
Sprinkle with extra ham and corn.

Finish with dried parsley.
