Ingredients

12 oz (340 g) medium shrimp, peeled, deveined, and chopped

8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp green onions, finely chopped

1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

½ tsp Old Bay seasoning
-
¼ tsp paprika
-
Salt and black pepper to taste
For the Shells
-
8 cannelloni pasta tubes (or large manicotti shells)
-
1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
-
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
-
Fresh parsley for garnish
Creamy Garlic Dip

½ cup mayonnaise
-
¼ cup sour cream
-
1 tbsp lemon juice
-
1 garlic clove, minced
-
1 tbsp chopped parsley
-
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Step 1 – Cook the Pasta

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

Cook the cannelloni or manicotti shells until just al dente.

Drain and rinse under cold water.

Set aside.
Step 2 – Prepare the Filling

Heat a skillet over medium heat.

Sauté the garlic for 30 seconds.

Add the chopped shrimp and cook for 2–3 minutes until just pink.
