Different Green Juices to Reduce Be.lly Fat



1. Kiwi, Pineapple, Peach, and Spinach Juice

Ingredients:

  • 2 kiwis, peeled

  • 1 cup pineapple chunks

  • 1 peach, pitted and sliced

  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves

Instructions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Strain if desired, then serve chilled.

2. Spinach, Kiwi, Mint, and Cucumber Juice

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves

  • 2 kiwis, peeled

  • A handful of fresh mint leaves

  • 1 medium cucumber, peeled and sliced

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Strain if preferred and serve over ice.

3. Pineapple, Celery, and Green Apple Juice

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup pineapple chunks

  • 2 celery stalks, chopped

  • 1 green apple, cored and sliced

Instructions:

  1. Combine pineapple, celery, and green apple in a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Strain if needed, and serve chilled.

4. Celery, Cucumber, Pineapple, and Ginger Juice

Ingredients:

  • 2 celery stalks, chopped

  • 1 medium cucumber, peeled and sliced

  • 1 cup pineapple chunks

  • 1-inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled

Instructions:

1.  Place celery, cucumber, pineapple, and ginger in a blender.

2.  Blend until smooth.

3.  Strain if desired and serve immediately.
