Fresh Fruit Yogurt Parfait 

Ingredients

Fruit layer

  • 1 cup sliced strawberries

  • 1 cup kiwi slices

  • 1 cup banana slices

  • 1 cup orange segments (peeled & cut)

  • Optional: blueberries, mango, grapes, etc.

Creamy layer

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (or plain yogurt)

  • ½ cup whipped cream (optional for richer taste)

  • 1–2 tbsp honey or maple syrup

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Optional toppings

  • Granola

  • Chia seeds

  • Mint leaves


Instructions

1. Prepare the fruit

  • Wash all fruits well.

  • Slice strawberries, kiwi, and banana.

  • Peel and segment oranges, removing seeds and membranes.

  • Set fruits aside in separate bowls.

2. Make the creamy yogurt mixture

  1. In a mixing bowl, add Greek yogurt.

  2. Fold in whipped cream gently (optional but makes it fluffy).

  3. Add honey or maple syrup.

  4. Add vanilla if desired.

  5. Mix until smooth and creamy.

3. Layer the parfait

  1. Add a layer of yogurt mixture to the bottom of a glass or bowl.

  2. Add a layer of mixed fruits (a few slices of each fruit).

  3. Repeat: yogurt → fruit → yogurt → fruit until full.

  4. Make sure the top layer has colorful fruit pieces for a pretty finish.

4. Final touches

  • Drizzle a little honey on top if you like.

  • Add mint leaves or granola for extra texture.

5. Serve

  • Serve immediately for best texture, or chill for 30 minutes before eating.
