Arefreshing, wholesome parfait made with creamy yogurt, crunchy granola, and sweet fresh berries — drizzled with golden honey. It’s the perfect breakfast, snack, or healthy dessert that takes only minutes to make.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (or any yogurt you prefer)

  • ½ cup granola (classic, honey, or nut granola)

  • Fresh fruits:

    • Strawberries, sliced

    • Blueberries

    • Raspberries

  • 1–2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

  • Optional toppings:

    • Chia seeds

    • Nuts

    • Mint leaves

1. Prepare Your Fruits

  • Wash the berries.

  • Slice strawberries into thin pieces.

  • Keep blueberries and raspberries whole.


2. Layer the Parfait

  1. Bottom layer: Add a handful of granola to the bottom of a glass.

  2. Yogurt layer: Spoon in a generous amount of yogurt.

  3. Fruit layer: Add mixed berries on top of the yogurt.

  4. Repeat the layers — granola, yogurt, then berries — until the glass is full.


3. Add the Finishing Touch

  • Drizzle honey over the top for sweetness and shine.

  • Add an extra spoonful of granola or a few berries for decoration.

  • Optional: garnish with a mint leaf.
