He is building his own career path.BIGBANG’s G-Dragon was recently appointed as a special professor at KAIST and received much attention after appearing on campus.

He shared his thoughts on the experience through an interview with Elle Korea magazine.

“This was a completely new challenge for me, too. I was confused yet excited as if it were my first day at school. I looked around the mechanical engineering department, and it felt like I was at an amusement park because there were so many interesting things.KAIST is filled with people who explore their fields with a passion. Like creators, they spend hours in the labs and dorms with unclear boundaries between daily life and studies. These students were similar to my past self as I practiced alone through trial and error.

He also talked about the current status of the BIGBANG members. Our members? Ah, now there are three of us. No, we don’t talk about the current scene when we’re together. Of course, we talk about topics that come naturally or are hot issues. Don’t you think we are difficult to approach for junior artists?Although netizens were sad to hear about it, they still hoped the best for the members. While talking about the topic of eternity, G-Dragon felt that nothing lasts forever, but believed that some things could be considered eternal.Considering our finitude, eternity is impossible…but I think some things can be considered eternal. I understand the desire for love, faith, and friendship to last forever. But if you ask me if eternity is a good state, that’s a different problem. I believe that not all good things stay good, and not all bad situations stay bad forever. If there is no change, would we be able to feel the variety of emotions we do now?
