½ cup barbecue sauce

2 tbsp soy sauce

½ tsp ginger powder (optional)

1 tbsp cornstarch + 1 tbsp water (optional thickener)

1. Prepare the Ribs

Remove the membrane from the back (optional but makes ribs tender).
