Conjoined twin sisters Abby and Brittany Hensel have been spotted for the first time since it was revealed that Abby had secretly tied the knot in a 2021 wedding ceremony.

The twins, 34, who were born with a rare condition called dicephalic parapagus, were seen out and about in Minnesota at the weekend.

The famous siblings looked to be in good spirits following a ladies' lunch with pals at Mexican restaurant Centro Highland before stopping to take selfies outside the venue.

The sisters, who share a bloodstream and all organs below the waist, looked happy and relaxed during their outing and opted for a low-key ensemble consisting of skinny jeans and a green T-shirt along with a tan crossbody bag.

Abby wore her hair in a half topknot with a scrunchie, while Brittany accessorized with a silver nose ring and each sported freshly manicured light blue nails.

The duo stopped to take pictures but one onlooker shared that the sisters did not raise too much attention from passers-by.

'It's a small town where everyone seems to know each other and people are very chill and friendly,' said an onlooker.ย

'No one seemed to bat an eyelid as the twins walked around. They seemed happy and just busy socializing and enjoying their weekend like everyone else.'ย

Elsewhere, Abby could be seen chatting on a cellphone which she placed between both their ears before picking up a potted plant.

The sisters, who work as teachers, were then driven home in a dark colored SUV.

News of the nuptials first emerged last week when it was revealed that Abby had married 33-year-old Josh three years ago.
