Use coconut oil combined with salt
Put the pan on the stove, add 1 tablespoon of coconut oil to the pan, heat it up and spread it evenly.
Let the oil boil for about 2-3 minutes, then pour out the oil, sprinkle salt on top so that it covers the pan.
Use a paper towel to rub the surface of the pan with the salt a few times, then pour out all the salt. Continue using another paper towel to wipe off all the salt and oil in the pan.
