1. Pale or White Lines on the Nails
If your nails appear unusually pale or develop white horizontal lines, this could indicate nutritional deficiencies, anemia, liver disease, or problems with blood circulation. Healthy nails usually have a natural pink tone, so noticeable discoloration should not be ignored.
