Mango Yogurt Smoothie Parfait 

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes, diced

  • 1 cup mango puree

  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt or Greek yogurt

  • 1 cup ice

  • Honey or condensed milk, optional

  • Whipped cream or soft serve

  • Extra mango cubes for topping


Instructions

1. Make the mango base

Blend half of the mango cubes with ice and a little water until smooth. Add sweetener if desired.

2. Prep the glass

Drizzle mango puree inside the glass for a nice layered look.

3. Layer the drink

Alternate layers of mango smoothie, yogurt, and mango puree until the glass is filled.

4. Add toppings

Top with whipped cream or soft serve and lots of fresh mango cubes.

5. Serve

Add a straw and enjoy your tropical cup.
