Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly are expecting their first baby together.

The actress made the announcement by sharing photos of her kneeling and cradling her baby bump while covered in black liquid and a positive pregnancy test in monochrome on Instagram. She also tagged the 34-year-old rapper, whose real name is Colson Baker.

"Nothing is ever really lost. Welcome back," Fox wrote in the caption, referring to Kelly's song last november, which talks about her past miscarriage.

The baby will be Fox's fourth one and Baker's second.

Fox has three kids from her ex-husband actor Brian Austin Green, while Baker has a daughter with his non-showbiz ex-girlfriend Emma Cannon.

Fox and Baker started dating in March 2020 after meeting on the set of the crime thriller Midnight in the Switchgrass. They went public in their relationship in May of that year, with Fox appearing in the music video of Baker's Bloody Valentine.

The two got engaged in January 2022.

In November 2023, Fox shared that she wrote a poetry book titled Pretty Boys are Poisonous, where she reflected on her miscarriage. In an interview with Good Morning America, she said she’s “never been through anything like that” in her life.

In a concert in May 2022, Baker alluded to their lost baby without explicitly mentioning the miscarriage. He dedicated his song Twin Flame to, he said, his “wife" and his "unborn child."
