The police officially started the pre-booking investigation for the bodyguards who caused controversy at the airport during Byeon Woo Seok’s departure.
The Incheon International Airport Police Department announced on July 16 that they will investigate the bodyguards suspected of violating criminal law for obstruction of business, coercion, and assault.
On July 12, bodyguards from a private company were caught up in a controversy at the airport as they showed excessive behavior during Byeon’s departure to Hong Kong for his Asia Fan Meeting tour.Most recently, although Byeon Woo Seok’s agency issued an official apology online, they still received criticism from netizens. On the other hand, Byeon is set to return to Korea after finishing activities in Hong Kong today.
