Rita informed the GMA management of the incident and requested that Archie be removed from the Kapuso series Widow's War.
Kapuso singer-actress Rita Daniela filed a case of acts of lasciviousness against actor Archie.
Alemania, at the Office of the Prosecutor of Bacoor City this morning.
According to Rita, she experienced abuse from Archie on September 9 at a thanksgiving party at Bea Alonzo's home in Quezon City.
In Rita's affidavit, she said she initially did not want to attend the party because of her mother's hospitalization. But he went after his taping on All-Out Sundays. When he arrived around midnight, he noticed that Archie was already drunk and did not hesitate to make a comment about his physical appearance that made him sad.
According to Rita, when they did a duet with Kapuso actor Royce Cabrera at Bea's request, Archie shouted inappropriate words. Rita allegedly ignored it but Bea noticed the actor's behavior and reprimanded him.
The incident reportedly worsened when Archie offered to take him home to Bacoor. Although she had already booked a Grab, Archie allegedly insisted that she go with him, causing her to agree in the end.
Rita said that while they were driving through Cavitex, Archie was trying to touch her, and when they got to her house, he allegedly asked for a kiss. When she refused, Rita revealed that Archie forced her and even tried to kiss her with full force.
The next day, Archie allegedly texted to apologize and said he was drunk. Rita disclosed the incident to GMA management and requested that the actor be removed from the Widow's War series.
As proof, Archie's missed calls and text messages are attached to his affidavit. Rita's complaint continues to be focused while waiting for the Office of the Prosecutor's response.

In another interview with Rita by Boy Abunda, she was asked about Julie Anne San Jose. In the episode of "Fast Talk with Boy Abunda," Boy asked if Rita was jealous of Julie Anne. The celebrity mom immediately replied, "No, Tito Boy." It will be remembered that the two singers were together in 'Pop Star Kids,' where Rita was named the grand champion, while Julie Anne was among the finalists.
