
Rosé and Bruno Mars’ ‘APT.’ hits 300 million views, shattering K-pop solo records

According to her agency, The Black Label, Rosé and Bruno Mars’ duet track ‘APT.’ reached 300 million views on YouTube on November 9th. This milestone was achieved just 22 days and 6 hours after its release on October 18th, marking Rosé as the fastest K-pop solo artist to reach this record in over 11 years.
‘APT.’ was released as a pre-release single ahead of Rosé’s official comeback scheduled for December 6th (Friday) and will be included in her first full album, 'rosie'. The album will feature a total of 12 tracks, including the title track and ‘APT.’ Rosé participated in writing and composing all the songs, promising a candid and personal narrative throughout.

The ‘APT.’ music video, which stars both Rosé and Bruno Mars, reached 100 million views within 5 days of its release and surpassed 200 million views within 11 days. The video continues to lead domestic trending videos and music charts and even reached the top spot in U.S. trending, showcasing its global appeal.
Following its release, ‘APT.’ triggered a worldwide phenomenon. It debuted at No. 1 on the U.S. Spotify chart and topped the iTunes charts in 40 regions.
In China, it also ranked No. 1 on QQ Music, the largest music streaming platform, underlining its popularity across America and Asia.
With ‘APT.,’ Rosé has consistently broken personal records. She became the first female K-pop solo artist to top both the U.S. Spotify and Global Spotify Top Songs charts, and within seven days of release, achieved 100 million Spotify streams, setting a new record for K-pop female soloists.
Additionally, on the U.K.’s Official Singles Chart ‘Top 100,’ she entered at No. 4, later rising to No. 2, the highest position for a K-pop female artist.
On October 29th (local time), ‘APT.’ debuted at No. 8 on the Billboard Hot 100, marking the highest debut by a K-pop female artist and the first to achieve a single-digit debut ranking.
The song also entered the Billboard Global 200 (including the U.S.) and Global 200 (excluding the U.S.) charts at No. 1, maintaining the top spot for three consecutive weeks. It set a historic record on the Global 200 (including the U.S.) chart, achieving the second-highest streaming count ever tracked by Billboard.
