2. Keep the Fan at a Distance and Avoid Direct Airflow

Place the fan approximately 1.5–2 meters (5–6.5 feet) away from your body.

Do not let the fan blow directly onto you, especially toward your head or the soles of your feet, as this may increase the likelihood of catching a cold.
