Smoothies


1. Peach Almond Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen peaches

  • 1/2 cup yogurt (plain or vanilla)

  • 1/2 cup milk or almond milk

  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup

  • A handful of almonds

  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add peaches, yogurt, milk, honey, and almonds into a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. Adjust sweetness if needed.

  4. Pour into a glass and top with sliced peaches and almonds.


2. Strawberry Oat Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)

  • 1/2 banana

  • 1/2 cup yogurt

  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 2 tablespoons rolled oats

  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add strawberries, banana, yogurt, milk, oats, and honey into the blender.

  2. Blend until thick and smooth.

  3. Pour into a glass and garnish with oats and sliced strawberries.


3. Mango Pineapple Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mango chunks

  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks

  • 1/2 cup orange juice or milk

  • 1/2 cup yogurt

  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add mango, pineapple, yogurt, and juice into the blender.

  2. Blend until silky and smooth.

  3. Taste and adjust sweetness.

  4. Serve topped with mango cubes and a pineapple slice.


4. Banana Oat Smoothie

  • Mint leaves (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  3. Serve topped with banana slices, blueberries, and mint.
