Instructions

Step 1 – Roast the Potatoes

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

Toss the potatoes with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Roast for 35–40 minutes, turning halfway, until crispy and golden.
Step 2 – Prepare the Aioli
In a small bowl, whisk together:

Step 3 – Grill the Octopus
Pat the cooked octopus dry.
Brush with olive oil.
