Tuna, Egg, and Cucumber Protein Bowl
Ingredients
For the Bowl:

1 can (140–160 g) tuna in water or olive oil, drained
-
2 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
-
1 medium cucumber, thinly sliced
-
1–2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
For the Dressing (optional but recommended):
-
1 tablespoon olive oil
-
1 teaspoon lemon juice
-
1 teaspoon mustard (optional)
-
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions

1. Prepare the Hard-Boiled Eggs
-
Place the eggs in a pot and cover with cold water.
-
Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
-
Once boiling, cook for 9–10 minutes.
-
Transfer eggs to an ice bath and let sit for 5 minutes.
-
Peel and chop them into bite-size pieces.
2. Prepare the Cucumber
-
Wash the cucumber thoroughly.
-
Slice into thin, even rounds.
-
Set aside.
3. Prepare the Tuna
-
Open the tuna can and drain excess liquid.
-
Use a fork to gently flake the tuna into smaller pieces.
-
Season lightly with salt and pepper if desired.
4. Assemble the Bowl
-
Place the tuna on one side of the bowl.
-
Add the sliced cucumber on the opposite side.
-
Add the chopped boiled eggs in the remaining section.
-
Sprinkle chopped parsley evenly over the entire bowl.
5. Add the Dressing (Optional)
-
In a small bowl, whisk together:

Olive oil
-
Lemon juice
-
Mustard (optional)
-
Salt and pepper
-

Drizzle over the tuna, eggs, and cucumbers before serving.

Serve immediately for best freshness.
