This necklace, touted as the world's highest clarity round brilliant diamond, no surprises here, became the centrepiece of her already dazzling ensemble.Adding to the allure were chandelier earrings embellished with over 60 carats of emeralds and diamonds set in platinum. The ensemble was completed with a striking diamond ring, boasting a substantial weight of over 20 carats. With this, Sana has officially eclipsed the previous record held by Carrie Underwood, who donned a $31 million diamond necklace at the Grammys in 2013. Of course, this isn't the first (or second) time ladies have worn priceless jewels to high-profile events. Previously, Lady Gaga wore a $30 million Tiffany & Co. necklace at the 2019 Oscars, Beyoncé's equally lavish $30 million Tiffany & Co. necklace was the star of the show at the 2022 Oscars after-party, and Gloria Stuart's iconic $20 million Harry Winston "Heart of the Ocean" necklace at the 1998 Oscars was a mega sensation.
