1. Grapes
Packed with vitamin C and anthocyanins—two powerful antioxidants that help brighten the skin and fight premature aging. Grapes also contain iron, which improves blood circulation, giving your skin a natural glow.
Tip: Choose grape clusters with intact stems. If one grape is sweet, the rest are likely to be sweet too. Soak grapes in a mix of tapioca starch and baking soda for about 10 minutes to clean off dirt and chemicals, then rinse thoroughly.
2. Durian
Dubbed the “king of fruits,” durian is rich in potassium, magnesium, and iron—essential minerals for women’s health. Potassium helps regulate fluids and electrolytes, supports bone health, and boosts blood circulation, making it especially beneficial for perimenopausal women.
