He reminded netizens of Lee Dong Wook.

Actor Yeo Jin Goo is garnering attention for his unique fan service.

Yeo Jin Goo has been promoting his new film Hijack 1971 lately, as he stars as Yong Dae.

In the year 1971, former Korean Air Force fighter pilot Tae-In (Ha Jung-Woo) works as a pilot for a commercial airline. He faces a crisis inside a hijacked flight with the passengers, including Yong-Dae (Yeo Jin-Goo), and his crew members, including Captain Kyu-Sik (Sung Dong-Il) and Flight Attendant Ok-Soon (Chae Soo-Bin).

At a recent press event for the film, a fan handed him an item to pose with. It was a sign made to look like a CAPTCHA test, as it included three checked images of smiling doggies and a blank box for Yeo Jin Goo’s head to fit in, indicating he is a puppy.

While he smiled cutely for the photo, his smile dropped along with the fan’s item as he returned it after taking the photo.

Netizens couldn’t help but have flashbacks to another iconic Korean actor’s unique fan service. Many compared Yeo Jin Goo to Lee Dong Wook, who agrees to fan requests but will sometimes do so with a straight face.
