Kinilala ang husay ni Kathryn para sa kanyang pagganap sa pelikulang A Very Good Girl.
Nag-tie naman sa Best Actor sina Piolo Pascual para sa Mallari at Alfred Vargas para sa Pieta.
Ang Mallari, na itinanghal na Best Picture, ang nakakuha ng pinakaraming awards.

Bukod kina Kathryn at Piolo, present din ang mag-asawang Dingdong Dantes at Marian Rivera na ginawaran ng FAMAS Bida Sa Takilya para sa kanilang blockbuster movie na Rewind, na may hawak ng record ngayon bilang highest-grossing Filipino film of all time.
Nominado rin ang Kapuso couple bilang Best Actor at Best Actress para sa kanilang pagganap sa Rewind.
Dumalo rin sa awards night sina Coco Martin at Senator Robin Padilla, na ginawaran ng Iconic Movie Actor of the Philippine Cinema, at si Alden Richards, na nominado para sa Family of Two.
Ang veteran stars na sina Vilma Santos at Christopher de Leon ang nag-present ng final awards na Best Actress at Best Actor, at pareho rin silang ginawaran ng Circle of Excellence Award.
