On December 5th, netizens noticed that Choi Min-hwan and Yulhee were no longer following each other’s personal SNS accounts.
In particular, the two have unfollowed each other even before the news of their divorce broke out. They have also deleted all the photos of each other on their accounts.
Earlier, Choi Min-hwan made a post, saying “We agreed to end our marriage after a long discussion”. On the same day, Yulhee also stated, “After making all efforts and spending time talking with each other, we decided to support each other’s own path.”
Choi Min-hwan and Yulhee began dating secretly when they were still active as idols. After Yulhee left the group, they got married in 2018 and have three children.
The children are currently raised by their father Choi Min-hwan.

Having tied the knot in 2018 and now parents to a son and twin daughters, Choi Min Hwan and Yulhee are navigating divorce proceedings. As part of the split, all of their children will be staying with Choi Min Hwan.
Last year on Channel A’s “Dr. Oh’s Golden Clinic”, Choi Min Hwan and Yulhee appeared as guests and confessed their marriage conflict over their children.
Yulhee said, “The cost of education is 8 million won per month for our three children. Doesn’t every mother want to give that to their children?“
Choi Min Hwan said “I don’t understand that. Isn’t it too much to spend such an amount all at once?“, suggesting that they are in conflict because they have different parenting views.
After listening to the two’s story, doctor Oh Eun Young told Yulhee that she was “projecting her own deficiency onto her children“.

Yulhee (real name Kim Yul Hee), who was born in 1997 and is 26 years old this year, married Choi Min Hwan in October 2018. They have one son and two daughters.
