(G)I-DLE’s Minnie Experienced Health Issue, Left Mid-Performance During US Tour

Cube Entertainment posted about Minnie’s health problem on the fan community Weverse on Dec 13

Recently, the (G)I-DLE music group had a performance in the Jingle Ball event in Philadelphia, USA. The CUBE Entertainment girls brought familiar songs that have contributed to their reputation, such as “Queencard,” “My Bag,” “I Want That,” and more. However, after completing the performance of the song “Queencard,” Thai member Minnie surprisingly turned around and walked backstage. In the subsequent part of (G)I-DLE’s performance, Minnie did not return.

Fans expressed deep concern for Minnie, speculating that the idol might be facing health issues, leading her to leave the performance abruptly. Shortly after, CUBE Entertainment, the managing company, also addressed Minnie’s situation.

Cube Entertainment said, “During the ‘Jingle Ball 2023 in Philadelphia’ concert held on December 12 local time in the US, Minnie had to leave the stage abruptly due to a sudden health issue and could not complete some parts of the performance.

The agency added, “While Minnie showed a strong determination to stay with the fans until the end, we immediately took measures to ensure that she could have enough rest for her health,”

The statement continued, “We apologize for causing concern to the fans. We will inform you again about any changes in the schedule, considering the artist’s health as the top priority.”
