Actor Park Sung-hoon (38) purchased a luxury apartment worth around 1.9 billion won
According to multiple entertainment insiders on Dec 20th, Park Sung-hoon recently bought a 30-pyeong H apartment located in Geumho-dong, Seongdong-gu, where the market price is estimated to be 1.8~1.9 billion won.
Geumho-dong is an area where many celebrities reside, including actors Namkoong Min, Yoo Seung-ho, Ryu Jun-yeol, Jung Kyung-ho, Lee Kwang-soo and broadcaster Jun Hyun-moo. The H apartment purchased by Park Sung-hoon is currently the residence of actress Park Bo-young and Girls’ Generation Sooyoung. Interestingly, Park Sung-hoon, who worked with Sooyoung in the drama “Not Others”, became neighbors with her.
It is the result of hard work after debuting in 2008 with the movie “A Frozen Flower”. In particular, after Netflix’s series “The Glory” caused a sensation in the latter part of last year and the first half of this year, he has been actively involved in various projects. In just this year, he appeared in the dramas “Not Others”, “The Kidnapping Day” and the movie “Hail to Hell”. He will continue his prolific career with appearances in the 2024 dramas “Queen of Tears”, “The Bequeathed” and “Squid Game” Season 2.

According to real estate insiders on May 27 KST, Song Hye Kyo purchased a 7-year-old, 2-story with a basement building in Hannamdong, Yongsangu, Seoul for 19.5 billion Won ($17,436,400.80 USD). One insider stated, “It’s a beautiful building with a beautiful interior and exterior that was newly built in 2014. It’s located near the hill in Hannamdong and has sufficient future investment value.”
The actress is known for not holding a lot of real estate assets compared to other celebrities, but it’s reported she’s decided to purchase property in preparation for her mother’s retirement.
In other news, Song Hye Kyo will be making her small screen comeback in the SBS drama ‘Now, We Are Breaking Up‘, which premieres in the second half of 2021.
