As netizens try to look into Andi and Jake’s history, some have discovered one of their earliest photos together—and it was posted on Andi’s Instagram way back in 2011! Some flocked to the post’s comment section more than a decade after it was uploaded.
One netizen frankly commented, “Delete mo na ‘to beh.” The photo showed Andi and Jake in their younger years, looking sweet and innocent beside each other. Jake was still wearing a pair of glasses back then.
Another netizen wrote, “Pwede bang kayo na lang ulit?” But another comment read, “Respect Philmar [Alipayo]!!! Ang o-OA. Ayaw pa mag-move on.”
Andi and Philmar have been engaged since 2020. Together, they are parents to Lilo and Koa. Jake and Andi have a healthy co-parenting set-up for Ellie.

Andi and Jake were childhood sweethearts. Their parents are friends and they’ve seen each other grow up. “My mother said, I was only seven years old the first time I said I was gonna marry you. Without even having any clue what that meant, I knew it. Twelve years later, with a clearer vision of what that means, I still feel the same,” Andi said on social media back in 2013.
Jake and Andi had an on-and-off romance. At the time, Jake was not yet an actor and Andi was already a mother to Ellie. She was confirmed to be pregnant in 2011. Andi even made headlines for the controversy surrounding Ellie’s true father.
It was in 2014 when Andi confirmed her breakup with Jake. “Hindi naman po sa hindi mabuting tao si Jake, pero I came to a point na po na gusto ko nang mag-give up,” she said in a The Buzz interview.
After Andi’s interview, Jake released his statement on their breakup. “First of all, I don’t deny that I’m not a perfect partner or boyfriend. I’ve apologized to Andi and to the people who matter most to us for all my shortcomings and I still regret a lot of things I did wrong or failed to do.”
