According to the report, Kim Ji-won bought the building under the name of Jiwon Entertainment Co., Ltd., where she is an in-house director and CEO.

The construction cost of the building is estimated to have cost 2.4 billion won, and the acquisition cost of the building is estimated to be about 7.3 billion won. The current market price is expected to reach 11 billion won.
On April 8th, it was reported that Hyeri purchased a building located in Yeoksam-dong, Gangnam, Seoul, under the name of a corporation she founded in December 2020. The building is an old building, 20 years after its completion, and the purchase price was reportedly KRW 4.39 billion at the time. Hyeri applied for permission for reconstruction after paying the balance in March 2021 and was approved in May of the following year. The building where the reconstruction work has been completed is four stories above the ground and has a total floor area of 499.88㎡. Currently, the market price of the building and land is estimated to be 7.5 billion won, with a simple market price difference of 3 billion won.
