Margot Robbie has admitted she feared she would be sued after slapping Leonardo DiCaprio on the set of The Wolf Of Wall Street.
The About Time actress plays Leonardo’s love interest in Martin Scorsese’s movie and revealed that during one scene she was so engrossed that she accidentally smacked Leo hard.
Margot, 23, told GQ: “I got a little lost in the moment. I slapped his face and said, ‘F*** you!’ There was a stunned silence then they all burst out laughing.
“I’d thought they were going to sue me.
“I apologised profusely but Leo said, ‘That was brilliant. Hit me in the face again!’.”
The Wolf Of Wall Street sees Leonardo play stockbroker Jordan Belfort and follows his fast-dealing ways in the 1990s through the halls of Wall Street, which eventually led to him serving time in jail for offences related to stock market manipulation.
The movie – which also stars Matthew McConaughey, Joanna Lumley and Jon Favreau – is due to be released in the UK later this month.
