A good tip that everyone knows

Check in on Sunday, Tuesday

Sunday is the most ideal day of the week to check in to a hotel. This is the day that tourists often go on vacation for the weekend and it is not the day that starts the new week.

Do not book a room on Monday, Thursday, Friday

Monday is not the cheapest day to book a room because it is the day that starts the new working week. Many people will be on business trips and the hotel room occupancy rate will be very high.

The most expensive day for a room is Thursday, followed by Friday.

If you check in on Friday or Saturday and check out on Sunday, you will pay the most for a room. This is when hotels are most crowded and room rates are usually the highest.

Choose a reputable hotel

Not everyone can afford a 5-star hotel. Mid-range rooms are the most popular. The secret to choosing a reputable hotel is to ask for good reviews from customers who have rented rooms at that hotel, visit famous travel websites or Facebook groups.

Book early

If possible, book a room at least 1-2 months in advance. This not only helps you make sure you have a room in a place, but also allows you to own a beautiful room with an impressive view at a preferential price. If you book too close to the departure date, the risk of running out of rooms or having to pay exorbitant prices is very likely to happen.

According to experience in booking hotel rooms, you need to pay attention to the booking and return policies. Currently, there are many applications that help you book rooms online easily with just a few steps with extremely attractive price incentives. However, do not only care about the price and forget about other very important criteria. Prioritize choosing hotels with simple booking procedures, clearly listed prices, and reasonable room exchange policies.

Book large rooms when traveling with many people

If you are traveling with your family or a group of close friends, you should book large rooms that can accommodate many people. This not only helps you save costs but also creates more common living space for everyone, helping to bond members together more.
