Actor Ryu Jun-yeol received a plaque of appreciation from the Cultural Heritage Administration for participating in an exhibition using the “Chilbosando (七 Painting) Folding Screen” as a talent donation.

Ryu Jun-yeol received a plaque of appreciation from the Cultural Heritage Administration by participating in the narration in the form of a talent donation for the “Small Geumgang, Walking Chilbosan Mountain: A Digital Video Exhibition of Chilbosando Byeongpung” presented at the National Palace Museum of Art and the Cleveland Museum of Art in the U.S.

Chilbosando Byeongpung is a painting depicting the spectacular scenery of Chilbosan Mountain in Myeongcheon, Hamgyeongbuk-do. The exhibition, which is being held simultaneously in both Korea and the U.S., embodies the Chilbosando Byeongpung held by the Cleveland Museum of Art in the U.S. as an immersive content using digital technology, and Ryu Jun-yeol played the voice of Kumho Lim Hyung-soo (1514-1547), the main character who explored Chilbosan Mountain, in Korean and English.

This exhibition is the first digital content production project promoted by the Cultural Heritage Administration and the Overseas Cultural Heritage Foundation for foreign cultural heritage, and it is of special significance in that Korea and the United States share their values together.

n particular, the appreciation plaque was presented by the Cultural Heritage Administration in particular in recognition of Ryu Jun-yeol, who participated in the exhibition commentary in the form of talent donations, and Yang Bang-tong, who participated in music production.

Meanwhile, Ryu Jun-yeol is currently in the midst of filming his next film.
