Al Pacino and his 29-year-old girlfriend Noor Alfallah have finalized legal matters following their separation, with the 83-year-old actor ordered to pay $30,000 (almost P2 million) a month in child support.
According to the court documents obtained by PEOPLE Magazine, Pacino will have to follow the child support agreements for their five-month-old son Roman. He is also ordered to pay 6% of his annual gross income per calendar year.
The actor would also need to pay $15,000 (around P837,000) per year to an account created for Roman’s educational and other expenses.
The former couple has agreed to share legal custody of the kid, with Alfallah having the primary custody.
Pacino and Alfallah first sparked dating rumors in April 2022, with sources saying that the two have been “quietly dating” since the COVID-19 pandemic. It was reported that they were expecting their son in April this year, with the actor noting that “it’s very special.”
“It always has been. I’ve got many kids, but this is really special coming at this time,” he added.
They welcomed their first child in June and fueled breakup speculations three months later.
Alfallah filed for full physical custody over their child in September. Court documents stated that The Godfather actor would have “reasonable visitation” and would be included in major life decisions such as Roman’s schooling and religion.
Pacino also has three other children whom he shares with ex-partners, including 33-year-old Julie with Jan Tarrant as well as 22-year-old twins Olivia and Anton with Beverly D’Angelo.
