Elijah Canlas Hints At Possible Reconciliation With Miles Ocampo
However, in a recent interview with entertainment reporter MJ Felipe, Elijah hinted that there was a possibility of a *reconciliation* between him and Miles. When asked if finding love was one of his agendas for 2024, Elijah answered: “Looking for love? What if love pa?”
He quickly followed up, “There’s always love within us, right? There’s always love within us… and I have so much love to give, you know.”
“Honestly, I have so much love to give. So much love inside of me and I’m willing to give it to anyone who’s willing to accept,” he added.
MJ had to clarify and ask if they had already gotten back together and Elijah gave a cryptic answer. “We’re friends. You’ll be the first to know,” he noted.
The reconciliation rumors grew stronger after Elijah and Miles were spotted at Maine Mendoza‘s recent birthday party. They were seen posing in pictures and looking very comfortable in each other’s presence.

Miles hard-launched her relationship with Elijah via Instagram in May 2022. She shared a series of pictures from her birthday celebration that included a black-and-white picture of them with the caption: “My heart is full. Thank you, thank you, thank you.”
In that same month, Elijah revealed in an interview with Ogie Diaz that he has actually been in a relationship with Miles since 2021. He explained that both of them are private people, which is why there hasn’t been much traces of their relationship online. “Very private persons talaga kaming dalawa. E ako, parang hindi rin naman ako ma-post sa social media talaga. So, hindi ko alam yung galawan, e siya yung mas may alam. ‘Yon lang, nagki-keep lang po ng privacy,” he noted.
However, in November 2023, it was revealed that the two had already broken up after two years together.
“We broke up a couple of months ago,” Elijah confirmed in an interview.
“But I’m always gonna have love for her. I’m always gonna support her in whatever she does. I’m always gonna be her number one fan basically. But right now, we’re just taking our time, figuring out ourselves and our lives right now,” he added.
He also revealed that they went through a “rough patch” in their relationship that caused them to go their separate ways.
A month later, Miles also shared her realizations about her life post-breakup and said she planned on loving herself more.
