BTS’ golden maknae may be a world-class singer, but that hasn’t stopped several ships from sailing in his name. Here are a few women who have been linked with Jungkook in the past.
BTS is truly at the top of the world right now! Dominating every industry there is, the boys are literally almost everywhere and often subjected to very close scrutiny. Hence, it comes off as no surprise that their relationship status would be equally intriguing to fans. Especially when it comes to the golden maknae of the group, Jungkook, people sure do look for clues into his dating life.
As of yet, none of the BTS members has ever publically revealed any relationships. This includes Jungkook too! But that hasn’t stopped netizens from shipping and linking him with other idols. Sometimes even non-celebrities too.
In fact, very recently his label HYBE had to clarify the rumour surrounding his relationship with actress Lee Yu-bi, whom he was speculated to be dating post a gossip mill circulating ‘proof’ of the same. While that had been rubbished almost immediately, take a look at some other women he has been linked with over the past few years.
Blackpink’s Lisa
The ‘LisKook’ ship has been existing since the very beginning! Both being ’97 liners and mingling in almost the same social group didn’t help their case either. In fact, recently, Lisa was ever spotted wearing a sweater from Jungkook’s brother’s company that brewed up the dating speculations yet again.
Lovelyz’s Yein
Another maknae that JK has been linked with is Yein from the group Lovelyz. Back in 2016, rumours were rife that the duo seemed to be dating after they were suspected to be using couple items like similar bracelets, jackets etc. Her agency was quick to set the record straight on this one and deny all such baseless rumours.
DIA’s Chaeyeon
This rumour gained speed because Chaeyeon apparently matched his ‘ideal type’ aka someone who has long dark hair and a great singing voice. Well, as far-fetched as it sounds, it did force the two to deny any and all dating rumours that had been going around.
He was also speculated to be dating Ko So-hyun , a trainee under CUBE Entertainment back in 2015 but those, too, were mere rumours with no substance.
Lee Mijoo
His biggest link-up was probably when he was deemed to have been dating a female tattoo artist Lee Mijoo. It so happened that back in 2019, Jungkook visited a location in Geojae-do where tattoo artist Lee Mijoo and other workers were staying and CCTV footage of the same created a massive internet frenzy. In fact, it got so bad that Mijoo had to personally address the rumours and deny them since the tattoo parlour she worked in received a bunch of nasty comments from delusional fans.
BIGHIT had already denied the rumours before that to contain the damage, but to date, a certain section of fans believe that JK’s tattoo and piercing craze started all because of Mijoo.
