Heart and Jericho were spotted together at an event and the internet couldn’t help but still feel ~*kilig*~! The former reel-to-real couple was seen hugging each other as they exchanged pleasantries. The two attended a brand anniversary event over the weekend along with other celebrities.

Heart and Jericho’s Chance Encounter
Moments before Jericho arrived at an event, Heart was asked about her reaction to Jericho’s IG Story featuring the photos of their old paper dolls from their hit series Panday.
Heart seemingly took it as a lighthearted moment and responded, “Yeah, we’re good friends. I heard he’s gonna be (here),” as seen in a separate interview,
The fashion icon also uploaded an Instagram Reel that included some of her interactions with Jericho at the event. They still looked adorable together! Nice Print Photo also joined the fun as they shared Jericho and Heart’s photos. Fans couldn’t help but express their happiness with their reunion.
Jericho and Heart starred in Panday from 2005 to 2006. At the time, they dated but went their separate ways in 2008. They are now married to Kim Jones and Senator Chiz Escudero, respectively.
Their recent reunion was not the first time that they were spotted talking in public. In 2017, the internet went crazy over Jericho and Heart’s ~candid~ photo together. Tim Yap posted the pic with the cheesiest caption, “Two old friends meet again…”
At the time when they’re reunion photo went viral, Heart’s 2012 Cosmopolitan Philippines interview, where she called Echo her “one true love” also trended on Twitter. Here’s an excerpt from her 2012 cover story with Cosmo:

Fast forward to 2023, fifteen years after their controversial split, Echo and Heart have the healthiest friendship, with them happily spending some time together with their celebrity friends. In March 2023, Heart posted snaps of a star-studded get-together with Echo and other celeb friends like Maja Salvador and Bea Alonzo.
These two are proof that exes can still be friends while being respectful of each other’s current partners.
