As per the camera records, Lee Sun Kyun passed through that area at 11:44 PM on December 26, heading towards the park’s parking lot. According to an official with authority, the only access route to the site of the incident was the path captured by the camera.
After the camera caught the car entering the parking lot, there’s no footage of it leaving until the police discovered the incident. This suggests that Lee Sun Kyun might have been at the scene for approximately 12 hours before being discovered by law enforcement.
