It’s been just over a fortnight since Kathryn Bernardo’s extravagant 28th birthday bash in Palawan, and now the Kapamilya actress has another joyous occasion to mark.
On Thursday, April 11, 2024, Kathryn and her family hosted a housewarming party at their new dream house in Antipolo, Rizal.
Kathryn made sure to invite her closest friends to join in celebrating this significant milestone. Here are some of the celebrities spotted at Kathryn Bernardo’s housewarming party:
ALDEN RICHARDS
Kathryn’s Hello, Love, Goodbye leading man Alden Richards graced the occasion to celebrate Kathryn’s latest milestone.
In the photo below, Kathryn and Alden (middle) were joined by (L-R) stylist Boop Yap, makeup artist Justine Claudia del Rosario, fashion designer Mark Bumgarner, and stylist Kimi Yap.
Alden had also attended the actress’s birthday bash in Palawan and the surprise celebration at Kathryn’s studio in Quezon City.
Piolo Pascual made a delightful appearance to extend his congratulations to Kathryn on her new home. In the accompanying photo, Piolo can be seen clutching a Michael Cacnio sculpture, presumably his thoughtful housewarming present for Kathryn.
Aside from being Kapamilya stars, Piolo and Kathryn are also business partners. The co-own a resort in Palawan called Isla Amara.

ABS-CBN’s President and Chief Executive Officer Carlo Katigbak also attended Kathryn’s housewarming celebration.
Kathryn personally welcomed the Kapamilya network’s top executive alongside her father, Teodoro Bernardo.
Darren Espanto shared his joy for Kathryn as she settles into her new home.
