Content creator Chelsea Robato looked like a princess as she tied the knot with her long-time partner Benjamin Alves.
Their wedding ceremony unfolded on Sunday, January 28, 2024, at the Santuario de San Antonio Parish in Forbes Park, Makati City.
The wedding guests were in awe as Chelsea made her grand entrance, walking down the aisle adorned in a stunning bridal gown designed by Francis Libiran.
The gown, meticulously designed to accentuate her silhouette, featured elegant long sleeves, a captivating illusion plunging neckline, and Francis’ signature art deco details.
In an exclusive interview with PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal), Chelsea disclosed that when it came to selecting their wedding attire, she and Benjamin had Francis at the forefront of their minds.
With both of them having a long-standing relationship with the designer, Chelsea felt it was only fitting to grace their wedding day with her “dream” designer’s exquisite creations.
Chelsea told PEP.ph, “Well, my wedding gown is by my dream wedding designer, Francis Libiran.
“I’ve walked for him a couple times, and of course, he was the first person we had in mind. And I’m really excited to wear it to the wedding.
“Ben’s also wearing a suit from Francis.”
Asked about her wedding gown’s design, Chelsea shared that she entrusted Francis with complete creative freedom, adding an element of surprise to the process.
She said, “I let Francis design it, so everything will be a surprise to everyone else.”
Meanwhile, makeup artist Gery Penaso was responsible for giving Chelsea her radiant glow.
