According to the real estate industry on June 7th, Hyun Bin has commissioned a brokerage agency to sell his Walkerhill Podo Ville penthouse in Acheon-dong, Guri-si, Gyeonggi-do.
Hyun Bin has reportedly listed the property for 7 billion won. Considering this, it is calculated that he will make a profit of 2.2 billion won.
According to the real estate register, the Walkerhill Podo Ville penthouse that Hyun Bin purchased on June 5th, 2020 has an exclusive area of 330㎡ (about 100 pyeong) with a purchase price of 4.8 billion won.
After receiving the sale, the transfer of ownership was completed on January 6th, 2021. It is known that the balance was paid in full in cash.
The Walkerhill Podo Ville penthouse features a layout of 4 rooms and 4 bathrooms. Including the rooftop garden, the total supply area amounts to 126 pyeong.
