In the early morning of February 5 (KST), the 66th Grammy Awards ceremony was held with the participation of various A-list celebrities such as Miley Cyrus, Dua Lipa, Billie Eilish, SZA, Zayn Malik, and more.
As some awards have been announced, however, the keywords “Jungkook Grammy Winner” suddenly trend on SNS platform X. But did the BTS member actually receive such an honor?
As it turns out, Jungkook was indeed mentioned at the Grammy Awards, but not as the winner of an award. Instead, songwriter Theron Thomas – the creator of popular songs such as “All my life,” “Been thinking”, “How we roll”, “Told ya”, and Jungkook’s “Seven” was announced as the winner for Songwriter of the Year, Non-Classical.
So, even though Jungkook did not yet have the opportunity to win a Grammy, his collaboration with a talented songwriter whose song won an award makes fans of Jungkook and BTS, in general, feel proud and hopeful for a bright future in the future.
