Lee Hyeri has officially ended her contract with management company Creative ING after 5 years of working together

Lee Hyeri attracted attention when she broke up with actor Ryu Jun Yeol after seven years of love. She was born in 1994 and is a member of the idol group Girl’s Day. According to Korean media, Lee Hyeri decided not to renew her contract with management company Creative ING and became a free artist.

On April 5, Hankyung newspaper reported that, according to the entertainment industry, C-JeS Studio recently acquired 100% of Creative Group ING’s shares for 1.3 billion won.

C-JeS company CEO, Baek Chang Ju – C-JeS’s largest shareholder, will also be Creative’s largest shareholder. After this acquisition and merger, the management of the two companies is expected to be merged and the artists will be under the same roof.

C-JeS is the company of many artists such as Ryu Jun Yeol, Ra Mi Ran, Lee Jae Wook, Oh Dal Su, Gummy… In addition to managing artists, C-Jes is also producing dramas. , cinema and modeling agency business.

Creative Group ING currently has only one artist, Hyeri (member of Girl’s Day).

Since 2022, C-JeS’s revenue has continuously suffered losses. Therefore, to improve the situation, the company recently increased the scale of operations. In addition to Creative being recently acquired, 51% of the shares of J&Agent – another entertainment company, was also acquired for 1 billion won.

C-JeS also succeeded in expanding its fund, attracting 2.7 billion won in investment from Hana Securities and other companies late last year.
