Ludacris hit back at Katt Williams with a freestyle rap after the comedian accused him of being a member of the Illuminati.
Williams said on Wednesday’s “Club Shay Shay” podcast episode that Ludacris joined the supposed secret society in exchange for movie success. He said the star was offered $200 million to appear in 20 movies at $10 million a pop.
“‘Fast & Furious’ is on what number right now?” Williams asked rhetorically, referring to the popular movie franchise that has now released 10 installments and a spinoff movie.
In response, Ludacris shared a freestyle video on X, formerly known as Twitter, in the early hours of Friday morning, rapping over Kanye West’s “Devil in a New Dress.”
“Never been Illuminati, only Ill-Luda-nati,” Ludacris raps partway through the freestyle.
“You never have to flex when you earned every one of your ‘Fast & Furious’ checks,” the rapper and actor continues.
In an explosive interview with the former NFL tight end Shannon Sharpe on the “Club Shay Shay” podcast Wednesday, Williams fired shots at Ludacris, Kevin Hart, and several other Black celebrities.
“We were both invited to an Illuminati thing,” Williams said of Ludacris on the podcast. “It had to be one or the other of us, and decisions had to be made.”
“One of us had to cut off all their hair and couldn’t do the sideburn thing no more with the points,” he said. “And the next person, they said, was going to get $200 million because they were going to pay him 10 million a movie to do 20 movies.”
“One of those persons turned out to be Ludacris, and the other person turned out to be Katt Williams,” he added before making mention of the “Fast & Furious” franchise.
Ludacris has appeared in seven of the 11 movies, beginning with 2003’s “2 Fast 2 Furious.’”
