Even though actress Song Ha-yoon has fully denied allegations of school violence, her SNS exploded with numerous comments.
On April 1, the JTBC program “Crime Chief” discussed allegations of school violence from 20 years ago against actress S, who is currently rising in popularity for her villain roles.
According to an informant, the incident dates back to August 2002, when actress S and them were senior and junior in school.
Particularly shocking was the informant’s claim that S slapped them for 90 minutes at the playground. Despite other seniors intervening, S allegedly resumed slapping every time the intervention ceased.
Additionally, a transcript of S’s ex-boyfriend was revealed, and the informant said that there are other victims alongside themselves, adding that there is even evidence.
Although S’s appearance was pixelated on the broadcast, netizens are pointing out that photos used by “Crime Chief” are from Song Ha-yoon’s Instagram, leading to speculations against the actress.
As a result, Song Ha-yoon’s SNS exploded with mixed comments, ranging from disbelief to demanding explanations for the allegations of school violence, even questioning whether his acting was real.
On the same day, Song Ha-yoon’s agency, King Kong by Starship, spoke out. The agency acknowledged the seriousness of the matter, stating they had contacted the informant to verify the facts but were met with refusal for further communication. They emphasized that after confirming with the actress, they denied all claims of school violence by the informant, cautioning against spreading unconfirmed facts and speculative reports.
Meanwhile, Song Ha-yoon, who recently proved her acting skills by playing the villain Jung Soo-min in the tvN drama “Marry My Husband“, has gained popularity as a leading actor.
However, the current controversy has heated up online discussions regarding her in a negative way.
