Alden Richards just opened up about the possibility of a ~*reunion project*~ with Kathryn Bernardo!
During the red carpet event of the unveiling of Eastwood’s Walk of Fame 2024 on March 6, Alden took the liberty to talk about some of his upcoming projects this year with some members of the media. ICYDK, the Kapuso actor established his own multimedia agency called Myriad Corporation in 2022.
Asked if there would be a possibility that Myriad would be working with Kathryn in the future, the actor exclaimed, “Coming soon! Let’s go!”
Before that, Alden briefly discussed his directorial debut under his company and in partnership with Viva Films. He will be working with Heaven Peralejo for the film Out of Order.

The two stars worked together in 2019 for their blockbuster (and highest-grossing film) Hello, Love, Goodbye. It was an extremely successful project for both of them. At the time, Kathryn was still committed to her love team KathNiel.
Alden has been very vocal on his willingness to work with Kathryn again. “Ako po, of course, Hello, Love, Goodbye naman po made history. At ‘yun naman din po ang clamor ng mga nakapanood—to have a part two. Ako po, ready naman ako, anytime,” the actor told PEP.ph in a December 2023 interview.ứ
He also mentioned that he would even clear his schedule if and when a sequel to the film is confirmed. “Sabi ko, ‘Direk, kapag nag-decide kayo ng part two, ika-cancel ko munang lahat ng schedule. But then again, that’s really up to Star Cinema, kasi sila po ang producer,” Alden noted.
In a more recent interview, Alden shared that he’s remained friends with Kathryn after the success of their first film together. He could not hide his happiness for the actress, whom he described as someone “coming out of her shell.”
Beaming with pride and approval, Alden talked about his connection to Kathryn. “Kita mo sa kanya eh. It manifests. The photos and videos that we see and the projects that she has been doing, really says a lot about her state of mind right now. And the condition of her life right now, she deserves that,” Alden said in an interview with ABS-CBN News.
He added, “Nakakamusta naman natin siya and at the same time naman, ‘yung friendship never naman nawala ever since.”
